Who you're working with

Two minds that
don't think alike.

We're Lachie and Sophie. We are both media buyers and we are both creative strategists. What differs is how we get to an answer. One of us opens the account and sees a spreadsheet, the other opens it and sees a story, and an account that is actually growing needs both.

Lachie leans analytical. Account structure, budget decisions and reading what the data is telling us to do next.

Sophie leans creative. Angles, concepts and everything your customer sees in the feed. Performance over looks, every time.

Since Andromeda, the media buying side of Meta is far more straightforward than it used to be. The lever that actually moves accounts now is creative strategy, and that is where most of our time goes. Seven years and 500 brands managed and audited between us.

How it works

From audit to live and scaling
in under 30 days

Step 01

Ad account audit

We go through your creative, your account structure and your tracking, then send you a personalised Loom walkthrough. A real person reviews it, so you get specifics rather than an automated report full of generic recommendations.

Step 02

Creative strategy

Customer research, competitor ad libraries and seven years of data go into a creative roadmap. It is built for your brand, your audience and exactly where your account is stuck right now.

Step 03

Account strategy

We rebuild the account around what the algorithm actually rewards. Campaign structure, budget allocation and testing plan, all set up so the creative we produce has the best possible chance of finding your buyers.

Step 04

Launch, manage and scale

We produce the creative, launch it inside your account and move budget behind what is winning. We take a proactive approach, so you hear from us when something moves rather than on a monthly schedule.

Performance-focused

Built for the way Meta works now.

Traditional agencies have the judgment but move too slowly to feed the algorithm what it needs. The usual fix is to drop your standards on creative. We didn't want to do either.

🎯

Creative is the targeting

Since Andromeda, Meta decides who sees your ads based on your creative. We build the strategy around what the algorithm actually rewards, not the audience-splitting playbook that stopped working two years ago.

Performance over looks

Your account needs far more creative than a traditional production process can deliver. We get the variety up without dropping the bar. Every asset is judged on whether it will sell, not on whether it wins a design award.

🧠

An extension of your team

Media buying and creative strategy sit in the same place, so nobody gets to blame the other one when performance moves. We have 500 brands over 7 years behind us, and we take a proactive approach, so you hear from us the week something changes rather than the month after.

How we compare

Agency, freelancer, or adiverse.

Most brands at your size have already tried one of the first two. Here is the honest difference between all three, on the things that actually decide whether your account grows.

What your account needs Typical agency Freelancer / in-house adiverse
Creative volume the algorithm needs A handful of new ads a month, on a retainer schedule Whatever one person can produce between other clients 30+ formats in rotation, refreshed every week
Media buying and creative owned by the same team Usually split, or creative is left to you One person doing both, stretched thin Both, under one roof, so we know which lever moved the result
Experience actually on your account Often sold by a senior, run by someone junior Varies enormously, and you find out slowly 7 years in Meta ads, 500 accounts managed and audited
Reporting you can act on A monthly deck of platform metrics A screenshot of Ads Manager Spend, revenue and ROAS every week, in plain English
Keeps up with algorithm changes Often lags a year or two behind Rarely has time to keep up Built around Andromeda from day one
Your time required Medium. Lots of meetings, slow approvals High. You end up project managing them Minimal. You run your business

"If you're looking for seasoned media buyers, this is the team. They audited our existing ad account strategies and took a deeper look at what we could be doing to optimise performance. Reviewing our numbers led to changes that moved the needle in a big way on several KPIs I would not have found on my own."

FAQ

What founders ask us first

If something isn't answered here, we're happy to talk it through.

That's usually the starting point. Most accounts we audit have structural issues: the wrong campaign objectives, stale creative, or over-reliance on broad targeting without the creative quality to support it. We can identify exactly why it didn't work before we touch anything.
Full account management is for Shopify brands spending, or ready to spend, $5k+ per month on Meta ads and serious about scaling. Earlier than that, the Creative Sprint and our One-Time Setup are built for you. Either way, we work best with founders who want real performance transparency, not a black box agency relationship.
For full account management, we work with brands spending $5k to $50k+ per month on ads. That's the level where the management model pays for itself and there's enough data to iterate properly. Below that, start with the Creative Sprint or a One-Time Setup and scale into management.
We concentrate our time and energy on creative strategy because that's the biggest lever in Meta ads right now. We use AI tools to move faster and produce more variety. But a human strategist reviews every asset before anything goes near your ad account.
Minimal. We run the account, produce the creative, and send you a weekly update. You'll sign off on the creative strategy upfront, but you won't need to live inside Ads Manager. That's the point.
Most accounts see meaningful data within the first 30 days. Real performance improvements, higher ROAS and lower CPAs, typically show in weeks 4 to 8 as winning creatives are identified and scaled. We don't promise overnight results, but we move significantly faster than any traditional agency.
Personalised. Human. Specific to you.

Find out where
your ads are leaking.

You'll get a personalised Loom video from a real strategist walking through exactly what we found in your account. Not an automated report, not a generic checklist. A real human who has looked at your specific account and knows what to fix.
