What we collect

When you request a free audit through our website, we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your website URL
• Your approximate monthly Meta ad spend

We do not collect payment information, passwords, or any sensitive personal data.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to:

• Conduct your requested Meta ads audit
• Deliver your personalised Loom video review
• Follow up with you about your audit and any next steps

We will not send you unsolicited marketing emails. If we reach out, it will be directly related to your audit request.

How we store it

Your information is stored in GoHighLevel, a CRM platform we use to manage client communications. GoHighLevel stores data on secure, encrypted servers. You can learn more at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy.

Meta Pixel

Our website uses the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The Pixel collects anonymised data about page visits and form submissions. No personally identifiable information is sent to Meta through the Pixel. You can opt out of Meta's data collection via Facebook Ad Preferences.

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party, except where required to deliver our service (i.e., GoHighLevel as described above) or where required by law.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time. To do so, email us at lachie@adiverse.com.au and we will respond within 5 business days.
